The fact of the matter is AVL need to focus on their key project rather than be distracted with this nearby project. And it is a inferred resource so would need more effort/exploration to get to a measured/indicated resource which is what is needed if want to assess this project. Put it back in the freezer and concentrate on your main project AVL, i.e. it is bloody uranium btw and looking at 10 years plus before this potential fantasy becomes a reality even if they hit good grades in their next exploration program, and hit your timelines in your flagship project please. Maybe just sell the tenements to Toro if that is your intention here for this uranium tenement.
The way I see the Ann is it is a total distraction from the main game.
