We know nothing about the baseline risk or cytokines of these patients, //we know nothing about what other therapies they received, //we know nothing about their outcomes. forr all we know they weren’t that sick at the outset and were likely to have recovered anyway and the cytokine changes just reflect natural disease path or the effects of other treatments. . The company has been noticeably silent since first trumpeting these preliminary results many months ago. My suspicion is they have seen enough now to show it’s probably ineffective in Covid, and extrapolating this to septic shock as RBx seems to believe is a big call. good luck!
