@Bendustan. Management and Board did not take the majority. They took 26% of the 33 million shares so around 8 million shares. Nontheless they have opened their wallets fairly wide given, lets say the Board and Management total 8 individuals ( jut a number plucked out of the air) thats 1 million each on average, so about $75k per individual. That does provide some confidence. Daresay NOX sold out as immediate cash required for their clinical trials and done so as not to be dilutionary
