So I take from this:
• trial met its main endpoint of safety - tick
• three quarters received steroids which likely account for most of the perceived benefit eg the CRP change
• nothing really convincing here that Nox drug provided therapeutic benefit, which Nox acknowledges in stating controlled trial will be needed
• they think it’s good enough to take into a larger trial but will need to join one of the large adaptive trials like Recovery
• if they can piggy back an existing platform like Recovey, good luck

and of course RBx predictably starts new thread and calls this a wonder drug!!
