This announcement is neither new nor price sensitive. Massive dump incoming, and I think the ASX will take a good hard look at it.
As others have noted, there is no information of any substance in here. But let me have a go at answering the only important questions:
How long? Many years
How much? Lots and lots of millions.
Where's the money coming from? ....
The CR pump has obviously begun, but this is a very poor first showing.
