"one drug trial is extremely difficult to achieve" -- no it's not. There are over 400,000 registered on clinicaltrials alone. I could spin up a trial overnight that investigates the effect of ingesting my arse sweat to cure hiccoughs if I wanted to. But actually recruiting participants: aye, there's the rub.

The CEP-2 trial results are not coming out "pretty soon". They haven't even finished the safety phase. They are years away at current recruitment rates. NOX have been suspiciously opaque on how many pts have been treated, but maybe only 6 or 7.

And even then they won't have a "good indication on efficacy" because the whole trial is a phase 1 which is basically only looking at safety.
