Bad news in the long suffering USPTO RADIOTHERAPY IMPROVEMENTS application, with another non-final rejection recently.
This particular examiner has a real stick up his arse; seems like NOX might need to go around him to pursue this one.
At least this gave me a good laugh.... A beautiful example of the kafkaesque mindset of the will-sapping jobsworth pedants that make everything in this world just a little bit worse:
