• The top 6 chains in the UK have ~6000 pharmacies.
• Day Lewis (MDR's 1st UK pharmacy) is number 7 with 270 pharmacies.
• The remainder (8000) are independently operated community pharmacies.

• MedAdvisor provide services to 3400 AU pharmacies, representing 60% of the local market.
• HY revenue from SaaS is $2.8M.
• NPA represent 80% of independent UK pharmacies (so assume 6400).
• Let's also assume the same initial footprint of 60% in the UK (so 3840 pharmacies).
• MedAdvisor have just doubled their revenue with this deal.

Every connected pharmacy is worth $2160 per year. If MedAdvisor achieve just 3000 UK pharmacies, that's $6.5M additional revenue per year (on top of AU operations). And if what has happened here with Chemist Warehouse succumbing to use the MedAdvisor platform, getting those Top 6 UK chains will add an additional 6000 pharmacies and additional $13M revenue per year.

Hats off again to Jamal Butt (MedAdvisor UK Director) for getting the MedAdvisor solution in front of the right people (first with Day Lewis in 2019) and now recognised as the preferred provider with NPA. Management have and continue to select the best connected people in the industry.
