give us your shares in a company that operates a profitable business and holds cash, and in return we'll give you a lot less shares in a company that operates a profitable business and a loss making business (CQT and NQM combined), and that cash.

So CQT is using NQM's cash, that we already own, to pay for our shares. NQM's Target Statement should be two words ...
