The new combined bigger entity now becomes even more attractive to OS companies. I would imagine they would be watching from the sideline for a successful implementation.
Also the commentary re balance sheet correction is interesting. If they can quickly amortise the debt as suggested then away they go again with more acquisitions.
Exciting times over the next couple of years. There is plenty to play out here yet.
I for one am a fan of no dividends whilst there is better use of capital i.e. growth and risk mitigation.
