Good news on new contract, bad news still no news about Samsung.
140m contract, at a 5% profit margin would be 14m cash in the bank over 2 years on an enterprise value of 49m. I would hope they could get a better profit margin, but 5% seems conservative.
What do you guys think is a reasonable profit margin to use?
