** As a group, mining services stocks have underperformed
over the last 12 months, says Jefferies
** Says stocks that outperformed have exposure to
exploration cycle like ALS ALQ.AX and Imdex or have a
"dominant market position" like Sevenj
** Underperformers exposed to coal like Emeco Holdings
EHL.AX & NRW, competitive markets like Monadelphous MND.AX
or higher risk regions like Perenti Global PRN.AX - Jefferies
** Raises price target on IMD to A$1.6 from A$1.5; says any
share price softness from weaker FY20 result a "buying
opportunity" as fundamentals robust
** Hikes SVW price target to A$19.6 from A$16.0, given
stable customer demand and positive expectations in its Westrac
unit, an authorised dealer for U.S.-based Caterpillar Inc

** Cuts price target on Monadelphous to A$11.0 from A$14.0,
citing pressure from COVID-19 impact, impairment on discontinued
