there is a bit more at play with claw back. If they knew it was going down and there was an arrangement to pay them as they have a better relationship over another secured creditor, then yes...i would say possible claw back if not, then no.
I've been in that instance too. Overdue bills, to go on with credit, payments needed to be made. No preference other than need to continue trading. company liquidated, no claw back.
