Don't quote me on this but it is rumoured there could be larger penalties written into the new contract for common occurance mining mishaps for example, over loading a train or accidently jamming the crusher with a piece of metal that may have dropped off lets say a digger bucket. Previous penalties were rumoured to be in the mid six figures per occurance. Its only hearsay but the new contract has added a zero to the penalties which could on first loss of production instance force the new guys to hand over months worth of profit.
