This is a terrible use of the power of the Crown via the Parliament. At least this cant be done by the Commonwealth S51 (xxxi) of "it's the The Constitution". SA will wonder why private investment will disappear from it and head to safer states or other countries. This is the sort of action one would expect of a socialist or communist system of government. Void the lease if you like but pay proper compensation to those that have an interest in it. This is akin to state sponsored stealing.
