SPP is the share purchase plan
CRs credit raisings are all of them
Term Sheets / Placements [ 708s only ] - so yep the 708s - sophs / instos etc are extremely well catered for in the placements in this area of CRs
Rights issues [ renounceable and non-renounceable ] is a ratio of whoever has a certain amount of shares can purchase more - so again whoever has the most gets the most
SPPs are the only ones that equalise the playing field
really just depends at the end of the day how much $ the company wants / needs etc on to how much they want to oversubscribe anything...
sometime they have a low target then massively oversubscribe it - as that looks good - is a buying signal.. rather than falling short of a CR target
no doubt we will find out tomorrow and hope everyone gets as many as possible
i too have been in here for years so im happy... especially for a few divies too these day.. which could possibly increase soon as the mining / remote construction market starts to boom more and more
