The resource released in March 2021 does not currently incorporate other areas of known coppermineralisation in Noronex’s portfolio such as the Daheim deposit (first discovered in April 2022 as part ofthe Witvlei claim group), Snowball (Joint Venture entered into in September 2021) or Humpback/ Damara(100% owned licences granted in March 2023 that includes the Fiesta deposit).
The company expects to provide an update on the transaction shortly.
At present it is expected that anyfunds from a completed Dordabis sale would be used for transaction costs, working capital and further exploration of the remaining portfolio.
