The recent interview with Justyn clearly flagged this potential move, as he stated he had recently been in China for discussions. The naysayers will no doubt go to town on this but this is really a very good move. If the two projects with US$25m upfront fees get landed, you can kiss CR's for some time to come, until the big ones required. He also stated that the Chinese partners would be doing most of the work so there is little cost to LCK. The Chinese clearly like the technology LCK has got. I think this is a big deal in both senses.
I'd like to see LCK get some business in India too, which could be just as big.
