The positive is that over the next 3 years, NSB has certainty re r&d rebates. They can borrow money against it if it’s cheaper than raising capital other ways. Particularly if the share price is depressed.

The 3 years is procedural. That’s the limit of this incentive. With this in mind, the previous incentive has now been expanded and extended another 3 years from $2m to $25m and now includes ALL (Oz and os) r&d in ocular.

NSB hasn’t made a song and dance about it but it’s very good news and worth the price sensitive flag.

the issue isn't that, it's holders misreading the news and ramping it based on that
