just a little math lesson
2.5 mil usd at today's rate = 3.45 mil aud
6% of 3.45 mil = 200k assuming only 1 yr interest outstanding
Total converted = 3.65 mil AUD
Less 500k payment
Hence 3.15 mil/90 mil = 0.035
But effectively we just placed 3.5mil worth of stock at above market price!
