He currently owns 3% of the company,
Post dilution he will drop down to 2.3% of the company.
If he gets the bonus shares he will jump to a whopping 5.4% well and truly cementing himself.
I cannot fathom why first samuel agreed to this ..
unless and this is purely hypothetical.
If nsl went with the chinese finance, first samuels investment would have been diluted big time making there investment even worse. the company chooses first samuel and a massive performance bonus is attached as a sweetener..
purely speculation all imo.
