I echo @mickloff's thoughts that the project incentives were probably a sweetener from 1st Sam, I'd like to see them tied to sales as well, not just getting the expansion up and running, although I'm skeptical Cedric will actually achieve that on time and on budget anyway, I'll be voting no.

I'm undecided yet if consolidation is a good thing or a bad thing, although if it does go ahead then so should the name change... 'NSL Consolidated Consolidated' just doesn't have the same ring to it.
