Ann: NSL secures $10 million to expand production of wet plant, page-219

Anyone have thoughts on what a sensible expectación would be on timing of next plant? I would think that it woule be very soon (week or two) considering the ample planning time they have had and that we have had the funds as of last week.

I can only imagine that FS are well aware that if the company didn't announce expansion/sales news soon they could of possiby waite and go in large at 1 cent.
