However, this is not a get rich quick scheme.

I have at times questioned my own alaysis, but FS have a 17 year track record of above market returns.

Yes we all make mistakes, but the fact they have continued to dial up on market since the original investment, committed another $5m (after continuous decline in price - regardless of what is happening on the ground) with their expertise is what gives me confidence.

They have far more hurdles then us and cant commit to something like this risking damaging a strong reputation without PROPER DD - again big funds make mistakes so not a sure thing, but I think odds are skewed in our favour.

There is long term mentality there though which is what matters
