Yes you would think that is true at least, but consider this. Cedric is about to give himself 110million shares for free which he doesnt deserve. FS is about to receive a zillion shares, cant recall the exact figures. Magna will receive a sheetload. Whenever they issue shares like this the number we normal shareholders hold becomes less and less as a %. And we are no longer included in any new capital raises as was occasionally the case in the past. The result is that we are slowly diluted into oblivion every year while management and instos pick up new issues at rock bottom prices, or even for free as is sometimes the case with bullsheet bonuses and free attaching options that get handed out. We will continue to possess a smaller portion of the company each year unless we can afford to keep pouring more money in at the lows but unfortunately most normal people cant afford to do this and in any case are not included in the offers of huge numbers of new shares that instos are. It is complete crap and demonstrates the belligerence of management and their complete disregard for normal shareholders
