hi guys,

the $10m raise announcement indicated subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting of the company to be held in late June 2018. Imagine this will cover off:

- required approval for the 64mm share shortfall (outside of their pre-approved ability)
- name change
- performance incentive

think it's something like 28 days notice that is needed to be given.... so if in june, should get a date very shortly.
