I suppose we will get forms requiring a vote to approve etc
Instead of chucking those forms in the bin as i would usually do, this time im going to vote, so it is clear that i thoroughly DISapprove the free issue of performance shares for obvious non performance.

I dont know enough about consolidation only to say that i have been involved as a shareholder in one in the last coupla years.
I had shares at 1.5 cents and was quite chuffed when theyd moved to 2c over a few months. I made my biggest mistake by not selling then of course, because they announced a 10:1 consolidation, and now, what was consolidated to a 20c share, is now 4.8 cents, equalling a loss of over 66% for me. Is it purely to attempt to lure bigger investors/ instos because its then not seen as a penny stock?
