5:1 was not enough as larger instoes require z share price above 20c to get involved. Just so every one is clear, this raise went to very large players who do not play in this space unless they see huge upside. Each one took a minimum of 500k with FS taking 5mil as announced. I can’t be people are upset that we are fully cashed up at 12mil and fully diluted at 47mil MC.
This is fantastic to say z least, and you will see this play out very quickly. DYOR
