stricker, with regards to your comment about insto's needing the SP to be at 20 cents. Is this to purchase shares on open market, the company allots new shares to large insto's or to participate in CR's or all?

I find that it is generally the latter two options (unless the company allotting shares is large) which means further dilution for shareholders hence why I believe they chose to do 15:1 consolidation to bring down our total shares on market to be about 173 million (I incorrectly stated that to be 250 million shares on issue after consolidation).

IMO.

I see NSL in the long term as being great, just can see further dilution by Cedric which is what I am concerned with rather than getting financed.
