    I'm in for the no vote. He has destroyed shareholders wealth. End of story. Why should he be so handsomely rewarded?! He should be rewarded when we are generating large profits, have a nice big (sales driven) bank balance and he has created wealth for us LT holders. Being paid just for building Phase 3 is ridiculous considering we have built Phase 2 (and a thickener circuit) and it hasn't meant Shlt
