these incentives are a joke, like seriously hitting nameplate and the minimum fe% promised 18months later and after just diluting us to buggery, gtfo, albeit Im all for incentives and can sympathise with the struggle the company has been through to date, but the incentives need to be based on sales/revenue/npats and I'll vote 'yes', cos we'll all be singing Cedric's praises then
