Agree 100%. A great company to hold for the long term IMO. Good to see occupancy and REVPAM both grow as in the past they have had to lower prices to drive occupancy up. If they can continue to grow both then the business will continue heading in the right direction.
Also think the potential installation of a solar photovaltaic network is a terrific idea, it is the way of the future and a great long term business decision for NSR.
