    They state "Increase in rate per sqm of IPO portfolio from $249 to $276 per sqm (up 11%)" on page 3 of the pres. However I have noted that in H1 last year the rate of the IPO portfolio was 267 psqm??? Also it seems occupancy of the original portfolio has fallen from 72.5% to 70% over the last year. My rate x occupancy factor by multiplying the two would have their factor moving down from 193.6 to 193.2 - shrinking. Doesn't really look like these guys are driving any like for like growth. So at some stage this "roll up" project might grind to a halt I suspect. Not much point making acquisitions and having them stagnate, and have to cover management overhead as well.
