It closed right on 2.40 and didn't have many trades above that price. It looks like the market has decided there won't be a counter bid.
Does anyone know if there is some sort of capital gains tax relief for takeover situations? I don't have any experience with them in my portfolio (or sold out before it went final). But vaguely remember something about it.
