Good point about the low interest world. A large, secure bidder can fund this at 2-3% and still collect the 5% dividend return. A US bidder even sees this in USD as the cheapest point in many years. All in a stable, growing country.
What will happen from here? As Master Yoda says, "Difficult to see, always in motion the future is." He would've made a good fund manager...
But I reckon we have a floor at 2.20 on this for quite a while.
