The risk is that the 2.40 bid is withdrawn and not matched by either of the other parties.
What timeframe do people expect to conduct ‘non-exclusive’ due diligence and take a view?
Does NSR have to advise if a group withdraw their offer?
DRP shares aren’t issued for another 10 days. So holders can’t do much prior to that.
