There is an article about this bid from GAW (a Chinese Real Estate company from what I see) in the Australian but I can't access it (subscription only). It would be good to know if there is any more comment other than the bare announcement from NSR.
Just holding at this stage until more info comes out. I assume that the dividend will still be paid, buyout or not, as this has been formally advised to ASX.
