I think you might have something there Mepat. I don't think most of the posters here will agree with you but the reality is, if there is no other suitor, if NST do not increase the offer, if NST fail get to 50% of the SOI then it's a disaster all round, not just for NST but for holders too.
Let's hope NST want to wind this deal up quickly and are prepared to pay for it because the alternative is not pretty.
