If NST walk away from this, which I'm pretty confident they wont and there are no other companies interested then I would be more than happy as a long term shareholder for Echo to go into production on their own, which in fact was what they originally stated they were going to do back in November 2018!
If NST walk away, good riddance as they are endeavouring to rip us shareholders off with their ridiculous low ball offer.
The management and BOD of Echo should also nick off as they have to be joking if they state this is a good deal for all shareholders, yeah, it's a great deal for them but not us.
Anyone who happens to do their due diligence on this NST offer will find that there are some very questionable practises in play here.
Just have a look at who Canaccord used to represent and who they NOW REPRESENT?
Maybe that is partly why our share price dropped from $0.40 to $0.10 and didn't NST originally buy into EAR at $0.28 per share?
We have been played by experts and this management and BOD's should die on their sword by supporting this crappy deal from NST.

also look at who one of the EAR directors is related to at senior levels at Canaccord and tell me it’s all been totally impartial.
