Whilst its up to every individual to do your own due diligence here ....my personal understanding is currently , now that the Bid is unconditional :
1) if you sell on market : that's it , T+ 2 and you get your money . Game over
2) if you Accept the offer at 33c ..and are paid by NST through the process : IF NST have to /decide to revise the offer upwards at a subsequent date , then NST are obliged to pay you the differential ie IF the Offer was revised to 38 c , then you are paid the additional 5c
Clearly ...not investment advice , just my understanding and the obligation on each investor to seek thei own clarification.
