Could be giving away 75 percent of a gold mine for $3.5M.

But better to have 25 percent of something good than 100 percent of land producing nothing.

Yes the JV means sort of cashflow to fund exportation of other projects like Katanning and Mavis and potentially minimise the need for future CR's. We also don't have the expertise to mine.
