    Agree - a lot here are missing the point regarding the deal and the structure - NST will ultimately be rerated by 10% to 20% and SAR will follow suit as they are now intrinsically linked. NST has a reasonable growth profile inn its own right and the SP is still below 25-Feb. IMO those selling today will live to regret it.
