Yes can someone pls explain this aspect - "Saracen shareholders to receive 0.3763 new fully paid ordinary shares in Northern Star for each Saracen share held"? Doesn't this mean we receive the Northern Star and retain existing SAR shares? I am not familiar with this process, any clarification appreciated.
