The only problem is that the CIL plant was sold and removed in 2006. Also, from this NR it seems the majority of the resource is refractory in nature.
"Mineral resources were estimated for Ashburton project in 2004 by Sipa. The estimates are reported incompliance with the JORC code (1999) and total 7.15 million tonnes grading 2.9g/t gold containing 668,000ounces as per Table 1. The majority of this resource is refractory in nature."
