Let's see what the company says tomorrow. Really interested to see how this fits in their overall strategy. They did produce a Corporate Presentation last week so I suspect that was part of seeing investor appetite for a big deal. This may not cost much in the short run but clearly if KZR is ever going to be a producer it will need funds and a pool of interested investors.
