It looks like the latest resource upgrade was completed in Feb 2013 so hopefully should qualify under JORC 2012. As for refractory ore, the article below suggests NST thought the project would commence life as a free milling operation from the oxide material and lead into a longer life sulphide operation (the refractory component). It'll be interesting to see how KZR approaches this.
