Just to clarify payment terms from NST, if you accept the offer you will get paid WITHIN on month and NOT conditionally on the close of offer. See NST Bidders Statement. That’s why some have sold on market but others have to wait a bit to get their money.
p.s. Re major holders Maso and Datt. They seem to have folded with NST having close to 95% of stock, the stragglers will take time to mop up
