If you don’t sell on market or to NST, then your shares will be compulsorily acquired when NST get 90%. They will have over 80% tomorrow (3% acquired on market today). Over next 2 weeks another 10% may or may not follow. But likely to happen in my view. NST can keep on extending, but the risk is they may not. If you are left as a minority holder in circumstances where NSt have LESS than 90%, EAR will continue to list, the shares will fall after offer closes, and you MAY ultimately be offered a higher price several months later when NST come back with a higher offer. But I don’t see this happening. All NST have to do as majority shareholder is dilute the sheet out of EAR holders with rights issues to advance the mining. Very risky path to follow
