It is SGR’s fault if they get a big fine. it was Bekier who ran it into the ground with so few staff the place was basically understaffed, the staff who were there were too low skilled and too underpaid to really do anything, as a result, SGR was not even making money in their high rollers room which is a sign of understaffing.

They basically had no compliance and were run off the smell of an oily rag. having replacements at Star Sydneynlike Scott Wharton after Bekier was absolute lunacy. it prolonged the problem.

It shows that if you understaff something, you save small amounts of costs to lose big when your under resourced is found out.

Telstra, Coles, Woolworths, ASX, Big Banks, Big insurance are showing similar traits.
