"Exploration licence to Trigg has been approved by the NSW Government" this in itself is a big box that had to be ticked....what do you want them to do, just go on the land and dismiss all government processes and regulations? They are doing everything required in order to get access as soon as practically and reasonably possible, can't ask for much more really.
